The Digicert Document Signing Organization enables companies to sign documents in their office software (Office, Libre Office, OpenOffice) and Adobe software (PDF). The document’s digital signature guarantees not only its origin and authorship but also its immutability from the moment of signature. The certificate is stored on the token and is thus protected against theft and misuse. This physical token will be sent by Certificate Authority at your adress.
The certificate allows you to sign 5000 documents per year. A verification of the identity of the applicant will be carried out (throught a short video call) + ID document. The authenticity of the company will also be verified.
